Recession

I just read where Louisiana is the only state whose joblessness has actually improved. They say a lot of it has to do with the constant rebuilding and revitalization from Hurricane Katrina (among the others since).

This is the midst of MANY layoffs at plants like the one Paul works at. Great to know Louisiana is doing better than most, but still very scarey as a one income family where layoffs are still happening.
