We got an offer last night on the house. We have not talked to the realtor yet, but will not accept the offer as is. He emailed the offer at 10:30 last night and we were already in bed.
We are being offered almost $10,000 less than the asking price. They want us to pay $6000 of their closing cost, give a $500 home warranty along with a couple of other things that will cost us money (surveys, etc).
My favorite.....they want us to pay them a $2000 allowance for a refrigerator and storage shed. Hmmmm.....
It is a move in the right direction, but I would like to get SOMETHING out of what I have put in!
