Over the past week we have been gradually giving Andrew more regualar milk mixed with his Lactaid. He has also been eating whatever we eat, including cheese, sour cream, ice cream, etc. He is loving his new diet and WE are loving the lack of tummy issues.
We have one jug of Lactaid left. After he finishes it we will start buying him whole milk!!!! YAY!!!! It still means buying him special milk (we don't drink whole milk), but I will get twice as much milk for less money than I do with the Lactaid. Also, I can stop buying "special" dinners for him when we are having dairy in our meals.
This is major for us.
