The state of Louisiana is discussing new license plates. They will be a specific color and stand out from the plates they currently have. These plates will be reserved for sex offenders and possibly repeat DWI offenders (different color for different crime). I think this is an AWESOME idea. I have not heard much arguement about the sex offender one, but I have heard some about the DWI.
Sorry, if you are someone who repeatedly puts others lives in danger by drinking and then getting behind a wheel or if you are someone that could possibly sexually assault someone, you have lost the right to be anonymous. As far as I am concerned, you should have a tatoo across your face to warn EVERYONE!
