The city is going by this month and picking up tree branches, etc that we put out at the curb. Our "ward" is being done this week, so Paul was out cleaning up some vines that he pulled down a couple of weeks ago.
While he was out there he found a plant at the base of the tree that was three leaves and reddish. It does not look like poison ivy though. I did some looking online and I am pretty sure it is poison oak. Not only is it at the base of the tree - it is the only thing living ON the tree.
We are calling the builders agent tomorrow morning and telling them that they have to get someone out here - yesterday - to cut them down because we are all very allergic! Too bad they did not cut them down before we moved in like we asked - then we would not have this problem!!
