One thing we have missed since Paul took this job was that he did not get off every other Friday like at his past job. At that job, if they worked their normal hours everyday for nine days, they got every other Friday off.
His company here is now implementing their own flex Friday policy - YAY!!! It is a little more difficult at this job because of his position. His department (health and safety) is vital to the plant. At his past job he could choose the Fridays he had off. Here he can't. They have a policy in place of who takes off when.
I am not picky! I am just excited that he will get every other Friday off. Boys will be in school (except AJ). We will have one day every other week together!!
