Smart Kid

Andrew is impressing us this weekend! Thursday night, in about 10 minutes, Daddy taught him how to stack and unstack cups. He likes to get into our food storage containers. He pulled out the freezer cups I used when I was making baby food for him. Daddy held his hand and made him stack and unstack them and then he started doing it by himself. We went and got him some stacking rings, but he still prefers stacking and unstacking the cups.

For a week or more now, it has sounded like he was trying to repeat words. Today, he is being VERY obvious about it. We just ate KFC chicken for dinner. Daddy would ask him if he wanted a bite of chicken and he would crawl up saying "chichen" VERY clearly. Then he crawls to the backdoor window and looks at the dogs. We say dog and he repeats "dah" everytime. Then he crawls to the cat and we say cat and he repeats "ca".

He has also been trying to repeat names of brothers.
