Operation...Quiet?

Daddy bought the boys the game of Operation (Spongebob-style) to bring to LA with us. It sounded like a fine idea, at the time. I am now rethinking this!

Operation, when at home, doesn't seem to bad. But, I think every noise is magnified by ten in hotel rooms. When you have three boys playing Operation and they can't seem to do it without touching the metal - the constant buzzing of the game gets loud and annoying VERY quickly!

Andrew's toys, however, have been a big hit. He got the stacking rings (you know, the plastic pole with the colored rings that go from big to gradually smaller - that are CHEAP) and some Little People Builders (which are kind of like Legos). Both are quiet (at least they are until Andrew has one in each hand and crawls across the hardwood floors in the hotel room - clunking each hand as he goes). I had never seen the Little People Builders before, but Andrew loves them. He is really into stacking and unstacking everything right now!

So - moral of this story - Operation is not the BEST choice of games for a hotel room!
