Rant Update

My phone rings at 5:40 pm. It his the Heat/Air place calling to tell me that they are not going to make it today. REALLY??? I never would have guessed that you weren't showing, but thanks for the call AFTER I sit here for half the day waiting on you!! I assume I am supposed to sit all day tomorrow too!?!?
