I just heard that the governor of Arkansas was considering a tax-free weekend. For those of you who have not heard of this, one weekend is set aside before school starts, where everything non-food is tax-free. This is a great idea, and Texas has been doing it for awhile. My question is... is it really worth the crowds and making sure you are in and out of a store between certain hours, just to save 7 percent?
I guess it is worth it - as long as there are no kids in tow!!!
I am for it - just can't promise I will take advantage!
