Mega Cabbage

Caleb's new project for school is to grow a cabbage plant. They sent them home with Bonnie cabbage plants and a chart for charting the watering, growing, etc.

I am all for the kids learning to grow plants and garden. That is something we actually enjoy doing. HOWEVER, Caleb brought THREE plants home. The heads on these grow to be THIRTY to FIFTY pounds EACH!!! Now, if we lived in the country this could be fun, but WHERE am I supposed to plant these cabbage plants to where they can grow that big? The picture on the information stake has a picture of a baby laying in the cabbage. THE BABY LOOKS TINY!

I guess I will keep you updated on the mega cabbage.
