My Car Got Hit

We were at Best Buy last week and someone hit my car while we were in the store. Of course it could not be someone honest, there was no name or number left - not even an "I am sorry for hitting your car!" ARGHHH!! I was not very happy! How can you hit someone hard enough to leave a dent and continue to pull in and scrape your car across someone elses car? You HAD to have heard - and felt - that!



And I can see how the big scrape and the dent got there, but what is this? How did you do this up underneath the bumper?
