Trip to Texas

We went to Texas last weekend and came home Tuesday morning. I got to have a night out Saturday night - went wedding shopping with Em! It was nice to have only one kid with me (the quiet one!). I really enjoyed seeing Emily - and the kids enjoyed seeing her kids Saturday afternoon.

We spent the weekend with Marmar and Papa. It has been a couple of months since we have seen them so the boys were very excited about going down there.

On the way home we decided we would FINALLY stop at Bryce's cafeteria. The boys always measure our trip by seeing Bryce's cafeteria in Texarkana - that is about half-way. We have said everytime we go through there that one day we would stop there to eat. Bryce gets so excited and everytime we see it we hear over and over "There is not a Caleb's cafeteria or an Isaac's cafeteria or an Andrew's cafeteria. Just a Bryce's cafeteria." On the way Bryce kept saying he better get to eat free because he owns the place. Then while we were there he kept saying stuff like "if someone doesn't get over here and get me a drink, I am going to fire them!!" Here is a warning - you NEVER want to work for Bryce!!

The food was not that great, Bryce did NOT eat for free!! They do however sell tshirts. Since we will NEVER stop there again - we bought Bryce a tshirt. Here are some pictures of him in his shirt - the restaraunt is behind him.
