My Son...The Editor

Caleb was reading a book this evening and came in and told me he found a mistake. I looked and sure enough the sentence read Mr. Mouse tried on her new hats. I told him I was proud of him for finding that and he went back to reading. A little while later he came back in and in the same book said there was another mistake. It said What do you want to be when you get a bigger. Apparantly the (almost) eight year old is a better editor than the editor of the book!!! To bad he does not catch his mistakes when he is talking!!
