Mud Puddles and Dandelions

Mady's face is SO broken out!! I thought it was just a bad case of baby acne, but I am not so sure anymore. She now has it on her ears, head, neck and upper chest and back. I am probably going to take her to the dr tomorrow just to make sure.

It is a lot worse when she gets hot or mad (which is why you can see it in these pictures...it was hot outside!). I have been cleaning her face with a warm washcloth after she eats because she is a VERY messy eater :) Other than keeping her face clean and not letting her put her face against my skin when she is eating (so she doesn't get too hot), I don't think there is much more I can do for it.
