Update

The hurricane eye has not yet made landfall and it has been reduced to a Cat 2. They are now saying our area will not get winds as high as they were predicting (70+mph). The wind has just now started getting really strong and it has just started raining. It rained pretty strong for a while last night, but stopped. We stayed right on the edge of the rain, apparently.

There are no holes in the rain bans now, so we will be getting constant rain now for probably the rest of the week. They are telling us we could get up to 10-15 ft this week.
