I had some bananas that were getting overly ripe, so decided to throw together some banana bread. My oven has three racks in it and it has never really been a problem until the bread. I rose into the top rack. When I pulled it out, it was not cooking right and I thought I had ruined it. So, it was not my best batch ever! But, it was Monkey's first time to have banana bread (wow - it HAS been a long time since I made it!!).
He LOVES it as much or more than bananas. I think he ate the majority of the loaf of bread!
