We put in our offer for the house today and they had until 9 pm tomorrow to respond. They already responded and after a small amount of negotiation - we got the house. There was a compromise made, but we still got $7300 the total transaction (some off the house and they pay closing cost)! The builders response to our last offer was "start packing!"
Looks like we will be in a NEW house by the end of the month!!!! HOORAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
